Accessories

DC Fuse Panel

Allows you to safely connect DC appliances to your power station (fridge, heater, lights, etc.).

Alternator Chargers

More reliable than solar, these units pull power from your vehicle to quickly charge your power station as you drive.

Solar Panels

EcoFlow offers both mountable and portable solar panels, some of which are rigid, flexible, traditional, or bifacial. While EcoFlow provides various solar panel options and bundles, always prioritize panels that physically fit your vehicle; using other reputable brands is perfectly fine.

Extra Batteries

Supports two of the following extra batteries. Some of EcoFlow's alternator chargers use the same port which can limit you to a single extra battery.

Other Accessories

Remote control, solar cables, and adapters:

Suggestions to EcoFlow

A few things I would like to see improved on the next version:

  • Increase the DC output to be higher than 30A for those with higher DC power needs. Increasing to 50-60A would set this apart from EcoFlow's smaller Delta 3 Max Plus and Delta 3 Ultra Plus.
  • Add back cigarette port: Most other power stations have a DC cigarette port which allows for devices such as fridges to be easily connected. To improve on this further, it could use a locking marine grade port so it isn't prone to wiggling free as is often the case in vehicles.
  • Add self-heating: Allow for use where internal temperature could drop below 14°F like is done in the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra.
  • Add more USB ports: So many modern devices use USB. I think it should contain at least 4x USB C and 4x USB A.
  • Relocate ports on sides: Cables sticking out the side are prone to getting bumped, especially the smaller DC cables. The new Delta 3 Ultra Plus resolved this by placing all its ports on the front and back. However, when doing so it's important to provide easy access to the DC on/off button.

My Verdict

The EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 is a very capable power station that's packed with features and ready to power almost any adventure on the road. If you’re considering an all-in-one, it's difficult to beat the Delta Pro 3.
